Acceptance of Terms
GPLSnull.com ("The Provider" or "we") provides software and website services subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the GPLSnull.com website.
Every download available on GPLSnull.com has been developed by third-party creators and companies. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way related to those developers or official companies (such as WordPress.org, Automattic, Joomla, or specific theme/plugin vendors). Downloads are provided by GPLSnull.com in full compliance with the General Public License (GPL). Names, expressions, and trademarks are used to the extent necessary to truthfully and accurately identify products according to the fair use doctrine.
GPLSnull.com does not guarantee the functionality of downloads and shall not be held liable for any damages caused by their installation or use. We do not provide technical support for these products. If you need support, please consider purchasing a support license directly from the corresponding official developer.
Product License
WordPress themes, plugins, extensions, Joomla components, and other digital products provided on GPLSnull.com are distributed under the terms of the General Public License (GPL) or other applicable open-source licenses. It is the end user's responsibility to comply with each product's license terms.
Some products sold include, in addition to GPL-licensed code, elements (such as images, CSS, or scripts) that may be under proprietary license terms. Review the license terms included with each product.
Refund Policy
GPLSnull.com sells digital media (software) that is downloaded instantly after purchase. There are no trial periods, functionality guarantees, or refunds, as all products are digital and non-revocable once downloaded. All sales are final.
Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable. If a client files a chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, or their bank, a $10 USD (or equivalent) administrative fee will be applied to manage the dispute and will be deducted from any potentially refundable amount. We do not refund payment processing fees.
Nature of Products
Products are provided "AS IS", with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components. We do not distribute official license keys. These keys are only required for automatic updates and direct support from the author. Some products may be modified ("pre-activated" or "nulled") to work without an official license key. You accept that by downloading a product, its code may have been altered.
Product Support
We do not offer technical support via email, chat, or any other means for the products sold. Third-party products are supported solely by their original authors. Review the author's support terms before purchasing.
Product Updates
Individual purchases include access to updates for 1 year from the purchase date. Active subscriptions receive updates while they remain active. We do not guarantee that all updates will be available immediately upon their official release. Some may be delayed by days, weeks, or may not become available.
Customer Accounts
Customers must create an account. They are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and may not share their login credentials. GPLSnull.com will not be liable for activities under their account. Users must be over 13 years of age.
Account Termination and Suspension
GPLSnull.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice and at its sole discretion. No refunds will be provided upon termination. Reasons include: abusive behavior towards our staff or other customers; attempts to defame or harm our reputation; promotion of competitor products; software piracy, hacking, or spamming; or if we believe your account has been compromised.
Product Delivery
After successful payment, your account access information will be emailed to the address provided, usually within 5-10 minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes.
Price/Product Changes
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue products, or change prices at any time without prior notice. We may add or remove products/services at our discretion.
Copyright Claims and Product Removal (DMCA)
GPLSnull.com respects intellectual property rights. We act as a redistribution intermediary under the GPL license. However, if you are a copyright holder and wish to request the removal of specific material from our site, please send a valid infringement notification to support@gplsnull.com that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material on GPLSnull.com you wish removed, with specific URLs.
Your contact information.
A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.
We will proceed to remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable time (typically 2-3 business days) upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice. We expressly reserve the right to remove any product from our catalog, at any time and without the need for a formal claim, if we believe it may generate a legal conflict or at the request of the original author.
Business Use of Our Services
If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GPLSnull.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claim related to the use of the products.
Warranty and Liability Limitation
GPLSnull.com does not provide any warranty on the products sold. Products and services are provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties (such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
In no event shall GPLSnull.com, its suppliers, or distributors be liable for lost profits, revenues, data, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Updates: We may update these TOS occasionally. Changes will become effective at least 14 days after being posted on this page, except for changes due to urgent legal reasons.
Severability: If a clause in these TOS is unenforceable, it will not affect the others.
Third-Party Rights: These terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
No Waiver: If we do not enforce a right in response to your breach, it does not mean we waive that right in the future.
